Service Description

Silvestre guides a soothing and powerful voice mindfulness practice while holding a sacred safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions to find clarity and gain a deeper understanding of your present moment. Sounding is grounding, this session is designed for those who authentically want to learn how to use their voice for mindfulness meditation and experience the grounding and calming effects of this technique since the first practice. Through this guided active mindful process with your own voice and subtle movements, you will not only release, relax and restore your nervous system but also will find insight, greater self-acceptance, and build confidence. ✔ Grounding, reconnect with your physical body. ✔ Learn to use your authentic voice as a sound healing device for meditation. ✔ Supportive and empathetic environment. ✔ Gaining insight in your own sensitivity and intuition. ✔ Private for up to 4 guests. Pricing is per guest. A minimum of 2 participants are required for booking this session. 45 minutes practice. Open Group Session It is great for both, first-time or experienced meditators.
