A private Cacao Ceremony curated and guided by artist Silvestre in Mérida, Yucatán.

The ceremony begins long before you arrive and the cacao is served.

I carefully prepare the space: I cleanse the studio, burn natural incense and arrange the room so that every element contributes to an atmosphere of calm and openness.

Orange leaves and rosemary from my wild garden are incorporated into the rituals, together with copal, as a symbolic gesture of cleansing and preparation for your experience.

My own cacao recipe and artisanal preparation have been refined over the years, using 100% Mexican cacao, sea salt, and Yucatán honey. I carefully balance its bitterness and temperature so that the cacao becomes harmonious for your senses.

We drink cacao at the perfect concentration in a ceremonial setting that opens a space to slow down, become attentive, and encounter yourself through reflection.

Conversation gradually becomes embodied through a mind-body process structured and informed by neuroscience, energetic polarities, voice work and subtle movement. The body itself joins the inquiry.

We finish with iced or warm tea and time to talk, reflect and let the experience settle. 

For more than fifteen years, I have developed my work across art, meditative practices, sound and embodied approaches to self-knowledge, healing and growth grounded on the harmonious integration of all aspects of the personality. Soul Revitalization brings these disciplines together in a private setting.
