Mirrors of Consciousness process was born in 2010, as an intimate, creative and healing practice for integrating all my personal psychedelic experiences. The process I am sharing follows principles drawn from mindfulness, surreal automatic painting, hermeneutics and symbolic analysis. The work unfolds through a series of painted images; intention is used as the primary material. I hold sacred space and assist in reading the symbolic language that emerges. Treasures are found. Cacao is present to support creativity within the work, not as a focal ritual.
