“I recently had the pleasure of attending Silvestre’s cooking class, and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The class is intimate and hands-on, exactly the kind of experience you hope for when you want to genuinely connect with a cuisine rather than just observe it. Silvestre is a wonderfully attentive host and tutor. He teaches with real patience and a thoughtful coaching style that makes you feel at ease whether you’re a confident cook or a complete beginner. We worked through some foundational recipes of Mexican cuisine, which was instructive and informative. The setting itself added so much - a calm, beautiful space with great music that made the whole session feel relaxed and special.
