My path has developed through years of direct experience with creative processes, healing arts, and the study of consciousness, shaped by both scientific inquiry and deep traditional holistic knowledge. My approach involves close attention to symbolism, psychological processes, and somatic awareness.
Everything I share emerges from ongoing, lived practice.
For more than fifteen years, I have guided groups and individuals from many parts of the world, always with care and respect for each person’s process, hosting private experiences, art retreats, ceremonies, healing sessions, and mindful cooking journeys connected to Mexican culinary tradition.
