I am passioned about creative and healing arts,

science and the exploration of consciousness;

my work involves the languages of symbolism, eastern & western psychologies, ancient rituals, and the use of the human voice as spiritual technologies for knowing thyself.

My personal journey has been gently enriched with the magic of healing sound waves, the nobility of cacao and the wisdom of sacred plants as allies for accessing and understanding restorative/healing states of consciousness. With this background I design and share one-of-a-kind mindful experiences; I have shared private retreats, ceremonies and workshops in many cities and in the lush Mexican caribbean jungle.

I'll be more than happy to meet up at my home, art & wellness studio in Mérida, Yucatán, where I have had the honor and pleasure to welcome travelers from all around the world; together we unleash creativity, awaken insight & revitalize spirit.
