A culinary journey that tastes like Yucatán! In this hands-on cooking class, learn the art of cooking one of the most famous and delicious meals from Mérida: Cochinita Pibil. It will be cooked with all our traditional spices, such as achiote and freshly harvested bitter orange from my wild garden. During the cooking time of this tasty meat, we will craft everything else necessary for an authentic tacos evening, you also will learn how to craft: • Your own handmade blue & yellow corn Tortillas from scratch • Xnipec: red onions with habanero • Special Salsa Tamulada You’ll master the recipes that have been passed down through generations.
