A private Sound Ceremony curated and guided by artist Silvestre in Mérida, Yucatán.

In the beginning is the word.

I want to understand what brings you here, what you are moving through and what you would like to explore. That conversation gives your experience a grounded point of departure.

Sounds and vibrations resonate through the body. You dive within.

The practice is structured and informed by neuroscience, integrating somatic awareness, vocal resonance, sound, subtle movement, and mindfulness meditation. I guide you to dive within through a mind-body process that I have developed over years of working with the relationship between body, meditative states of consciousness and vibration of sound. 
 

In the final stage, instruments are placed directly over the body, creating a field of vibration that allows your process to settle into a deeper state of awareness.
This is where the mind can access to higher states of consciousness. Images, memories, sensations, answers and personal symbols may arise. Some guests experience vivid inner imagery; others encounter an unusual stillness.

I leave that territory open.

We finish slowly, with time to return, talk and reflect on whatever the experience brought forward.
