The practice explore the seven senses, it is structured and informed by neuroscience, integrating somatic awareness, vocal resonance, sound healing, subtle movement, active meditation and rituals.

 

I guide you to dive within through a mind-body process that I have developed over years of working with the relationship between body, meditation, restorative states of consciousness and vibration of sound. 

In the final stage, instruments are placed directly over the body, creating a field of vibration that allows your process to settle into a deeper state of awareness. This is where the mind can access to higher meditative states of consciousness.

We finish slowly, with a warm or iced tea, time to return, talk and reflect on whatever the experience brought forward.
