In this journey honoring Mexico's classic street food flavors, you'll craft from scratch Tacos al Pastor con piña. Tacos and salsas always go together. You'll learn about fresh and dried chiles, prepare the traditional pastor marinade, and craft your own Mexican salsas in a molcajete, from vibrant fresh salsas to smoky roasted ones, as spicy as you like. Unlike traditional taquerías that use a special vertical spit for cooking the pastor, this recipe is adapted to be prepared entirely on the oven and stove, making it easy to replicate at home with full street-style taste. Your class unfolds at a relaxed pace, allowing space for conversation, learning, and genuine enjoyment. After cooking, enjoy your tacos with a traditional agua fresca, a beer and my signature seasonal dessert. ONLY BOOKINGS IN ADVANCE.
