No previous experience is required. Get in touch with your healing body-mind through this unique online monthly sessions curated and guided by Silvestre specially for you. This once a month experience is through Zoom online, you will receive a list of materials required for every live session.
Cancellation Policy
For online workshops and programs: cancel up to 4 months before the Experience start time for a 50% refund, or within 24 hours of booking for a full refound. Re-scheduling your experience is available as long as you ask for the update at least 4 weeks before the original date you booked.
