Discover a variety of local ingredients and learn how to use herbs, spices and traditional procedures to create a variety of delicious Yucatecan salsas from scratch. Make traditional Xnipec and Sikil Pak among other delicious blends paired with Cochinita Pibil Tacos. (cochinita is ready to taste your creations, for vegetarian guests please inform in advance to have something tasty and special for you) Lets have fun! 1,5 h Experience. Includes agua fresca and light bites/tacos to pair with your salsas.
