An intimate culinary experience where Mexican tradition meets your own creativity. Guided by Artist Silvestre, go beyond making handmade corn tortillas and learn the craft behind one of Mexico’s most essential foods. Create masa from scratch and explore the fundamentals of hydration, texture, shaping, and cooking, as well as the visual creative possibilities of the tortilla itself, combining blue and white corn, incorporating herbs, natural edible elements, and creating your own patterns, colors and designs by hand.
